In the world full of people (7 Billion population) there are many people with different personalities, whereas one hadn't bath from last 60 years at the same hand other looks like a human doll.
It seems like people can cross any limit just to come in the limelight, but whatever it is, genetic disorder, odd habits or some physical deformity of these people will simply amaze you.

1. The Most Tattooed Women

Julia Gnuse, the most tattooed women commonly known by the nickname The Illustrated Lady, born in 1955. She had 95% of her body (including her face) covered in tattoos and held the Guinness Record for being the most tattooed woman in the world.

This 61 years old lady (who died 3 years back) is hard to believe that she is real.

2. The Dirtiest Man Alive

Amoo Hadij, is considered the world's dirtiest man. I don't think anybody else has been around and not bathed as long as this guy he's over 80 years old he lives in southern Iran uh-huh or Iran near the village of daesh gah and he had not bathed once in 60 years. 

He has no regrets of his lifestyle and loves the way he is.

3. African Hulk

By all means, you are never going to find such an amazing creation ever. Oh yes! The African hulk. This man’s identity has yet not been found. Some say it as a result of steroids while others say it is Photoshop usage. We leave it you whether it is true or not.

4. World's Tallest Man

The tallest man living is Sultan Kösen who was born in Turkey on 10th December 1982, & had measured 251 cm (8 ft 2.8 in) in Ankara, Turkey, on 08 February 2011. His height is over 8 feet which makes him the first man with this height by Guinness World Record in over years.

Sultan suffered by a condition known as pituitary gigantism which results to overproduction of the growth hormone.

5. Human Barbie Doll

Valeria Valeryevna Lukyanova is a Ukrainian model and entertainer of Russian origin, famous for her resemblance to a Barbie doll. Lukyanova, has expressed anger at the nickname of "Human Barbie", as she feels that it's "a little degrading and insulting" but that she's used to it now as it's the image her fans "requested" so she has to "comply with it because it's become part of my aesthetic image, but I don't like it".

She has stated that she has had breast implants, but that the rest of her body is natural and slender due to daily gym workouts and a particular diet.

6. The Tallest Women on the Earth

Elisany da Cruz Silva is a Brazilian woman who is well known as the tallest woman on this planet with an average height of 6.9 ft. Elisany suffers from a tumor on her pituitary gland which is responsible for her gigantism.

7. Most Piercings Man

Rolf Buchholz, is a German manager. Rolf has over 453 piercing on his body. But this was not just enough for him, he went a step ahead and got horns implanted on his head. This freakish man entered Guinness Book of World Records two years ago for having the maximum number of piercings on body. He was not allowed in Dubai because the immigration thought him as a black magician.
He also revealed that he still has a great sex life despite having an eye-watering 278 piercings in his penis.

8. World's Shortest Woman

Jyoti Kisange Amge (born 16 December 1993) is an Indian actress notable for being the world's smallest living woman according to Guinness World Records. She was officially declared the world’s smallest woman by Guinness World Records with a height of 62.8 centimeters (2 ft 0.6 in). She suffers from a growth abnormality called achondroplasia which is the basic reason of her restricted height.

9. Shortest Man Ever

Chandra Bahadur Dangi is an old Nepalese man from Salyan district who has an average height of 54.6 centimeters or 21.5 inches. He is the shortest man alive, taking his place in Guinness World Records. The cause of his short height has yet been unknown but it is suspected that he suffered from an abnormality called primordial dwarf.

10. Man with zero percent fat

Tom Staniford, guy living with zero percent fat. Tom is suffering from Myelodysplastic Preleukemic syndrome, also knows​ as MDP syndrome. In this condition body is unable to store fat under the skin. MDP is an extremely rare metabolic disorder, which is affects only a total of eight people in the entire world.

11. Tree Man

Dede Koswar is an Indonesian man who suffered from an extremely rare fungal infection epidermal Lewandowsky-Lutz dysplasia.

12. Women Who Can Pop Out Eyes

Kim Goodman is a woman who can pop out her eyes out of her eye sockets by 12 millimeters (0.47 inches). Kim holds the world record for the farthest eyeball protrusion. Keeping the world record aside, this woman look can give you spine chilling experience.

13. Woman with Extremely Large Legs

Mandy Sellars, is a woman from Lancashire, UK, the woman with extremely large legs. She was diagnosed with proteus syndrome—a condition which causes huge lumps to develop on the skin and the bones to deform and thicken. This syndrome is extremely rare and it’s estimated to affect only 120 people worldwide. Mandy suffered from this syndrome which brought her with extremely large legs.
